Hi. My name is Peter.
I quit blogging back in ‘04 as I began a law degree and immersed myself into a world of politics and history; amoral philosophies and justifiable outrages; the adversarial conflict.
I became fascinated by the intellectual combat that is hidden in full view; the unspoken art of power that is exercised by anybody in a position of authority: whether over a courtroom, country, company or congregation.
I observed the techniques that were first used by ancient despots, being wielded by environmental campaigners against big business, which retaliated using the principles of Ghandi.
Through my travels in legal theory, moral philosophy and books such as ‘The 48 Laws…’ and ‘The Prince’ I gained a healthy respect and appreciation for the techniques passed down by our ancestors.
powerSane is evidence of my determination to learn more about the timeless strategies that have been used by the skilled to steal treasures from the ignorant as if by magic, and by the underdog to improve his lot.
So… as we discuss the techniques you’ll see a bit of history, mixed with the social sciences and the occasional mention of the Jedi. Oh… and some useful stuff on personal finance, seduction and general lifehackery.
